Is it watchable on a HD tv at home using any type of 3D glasses? Or is the only viewable version at the MK attraction?

You're not going to get the 3D effect at home without the right equipment.

It can't be recorded on a standard camera and then displayed on your home screen in 3D.

So, no.

You’d need a 3D TV, compatible 3D glasses for that TV, a 3D Blu Ray player and a copy of the raw source film on 3D Blu Ray disc and a surround sound setup for added effect and then yes you could but Disney will not release the film so the answer is simply no.
