Wouldn't it be great if we could oust eisner and somehow bring brian hensen in to take his place? I mean I think brian has the initive and whatnot to get the job done and do it well.

Um....didn't Brian Henson just sell his own father's most beloved characters to Disney? I agree with you points about the man himself, but he sold his own father's characters. What would he do with the Disney characters? Oh, I know, we need some money, so let's sell the Disney characters to Dreamworks. I don't really think he's the right man for the job if Eisner is gone.

P.S. Don't read my post as being anti-Muppet purchase, because no one could be more stoked about the possibilities of a Muppet/Disney marriage. I'm just trying to make a point.

i have no issues with him joining the company... but not as CEO. Since Disney owns the muppets now, time for Buena Vista Puppetry? lol..

B. Henson was doing what his father meant to do. Jim Henson died the weekend he was going to sell the muppets to Disney, unfortunately. talks then fell through and it was put off (very put off) until this week when they were finally sold to Disney. so Brian Henson did the right thing and the smart thing, finishing his father's plan.
