I've made ADR's twice now....we had to change our trip dates so I had to reset up all of our meals. We decided today that we didn't want to spend 2 credits on the Brown Derby for the fantasmic package. I called to change our 3:30 reservation to Mamma Melrose and she made me cancel my Ragland Road reservation for the same day at 10:30. She said we couldn't have two reservations with the dining plan on the same day!! Just a week ago I had made the same reservations(twice) for two different dates and had no issues with it. I thought you could use the meals whenever you wanted?!?!

Should we just show up at Ragland and not bother with the reservations?

yes your right it sounds fishy to me as lonf as you have enough PS seating credits you should of been able to eat where ever you wanted.:veryconfu:veryconfu

I think she was trying to stop you from booking ressies that you dont intend to keep. 10:30 and 3:30 are very close in terms of time.

The rule is that they can't book you for 2 meals on the same day during the same meal period, and while i think your 3:30 is technically a dinner, it's pretty darn early - she might of thought it counted as the lunch period.

There's a big problem with people booking ressies so they can "Decide later" where they'll eat.

mousermerf is probably right I bet she or he just thought your were making dining for the dining period and they frown on that. just get a later dinner time Im sure you shouldn't be that hungry already any way!

10:30 and 3:30, while fairly close for 2 TS is NOT the same meal, and really not her place to say IMO. I often book a new reservation before cancelling my old one, and not always during the same call.

To answer your question specifically, you can use the meals whenever you want. You can use them all on check in day, or all on your check out day or somewhere in between. As long as you "make it" to each reservation, then you aren't doing anything wrong. I would call back and remake the RR ones.
