Has anyone ever purchased tickets for this tour? Which is easier, in your opinion, over the phone or online???

I am leaving in less than 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!

My mom purchased them by phone I think.... It doesn't really matter. Good idea to be going on the WB tour though. Its well worth it. You get to walk around on backlots, visit sets, see the prop store house, its amazing! The best part was getting to walk around the set of ER.

It's a great tour - we purchased by phone because I had a couple of questions. They only reserve in advance for the first few tours of the day. The rest are walk-up only. However you do it, it is well worth it!

If the only reserve in advance for the first few tours how come there are listings for tickets till 4pm?

They may have changed their policy since last summer. My mistake for assuming it was the same. I remember expressing surprise when I got to the check-in place that they had tours later in the day, and was told they only reserved earlier tours so that they could accommodate overflow.

It sounds like things have changed!

We just got our Tickets when we arrived at the tour building, no hassle.
