There are very few recipes from San Angel out there. I did a quick search and could not find the one you want. You can contact them by phone or email and request the recipe, but be aware that it may be a "secret". :lookaroun

You might want to check the gourmet mickey cookbook they have recipes from all over the disney resorts/parks/ect...
