Wandering animals at CBR?

Has anyone ever seen a raccoon wandering around the bushes in the smoking areas among the Barbados village?
I was there last year (4th time) and around midnight one night after we came back from mk I popped out for a cigarette, as I walked past the bushes I saw what I thought was either a cat or a smallish dog.
The animal briefly showed it's head above the small shrubs and I thought it looked like a raccoon, but I didn't believe my eyes. I carried on walking to the benched area and another lady was sat at one of the tables with her laptop open. I asked her if she had ever seen any animals around the area, she said no and asked why. I said that I thought I'd seen a raccoon....... Just as I said that the bushes behind us rustled and out jumped the raccoon. She laughed and said, what like that one?
The animal then put it's paw and nose into the litter bin next to the bench I was going to sit on. It withdrew it's paw and looked at us, then scarpered.
Both of us looked at each other and laughed.
I've seen ducks, turkeys, squirrels, rabbits, rats, cats and snakes - But I've never seen a raccoon there before!

This past September we stayed at Sports. My one year old was teething and awake crying a lot in the middle of the night. I would walk around outside with her so she wouldn't wake the rest of the family. Throughout the week, we saw a raccoon, a bunny and a snake.

I live at the edge of a country park in England.
We have foxes, squirrels, hedgehogs in our gardens, and sometimes see wild deers in the country park.
But we don't get wild racoons and wild turkeys wandering around.
So I don't exactly live in an urban wasteland.
I was just shocked to see something as big as a raccoon in the hotel grounds.

I was at a murder scene in Orange City this morning and a family of raccoons came out to check it out. There are 3 in this pic. Kinda hard to see, they are near the tree line.

Blimey!
Did the uncle kill the nephew?
Nephew stabbed the uncle in the head. Uncle went and grabbed his gun and shot the nephew dead. The uncle is being charged with first degree murder because he could have left the scene when he went and got his gun. Returning with the gun is premeditation.
