There are several books on Walt that clue us in on his philosophy on taking risks, running a business and bouncing back from disasters. So much we can learn from the great ones who have succeeded. So many had the business instincts, were able to get the financing and backing to get things running, and were fortunate to have brilliant workers producing for them. Walts success was also helped by having the ability to draw together a great staff and inspire/ push them to strive for greatness.

As you say there a a few details wrong , some are commented on below the article . Knowing the philosophy behind Disney only adds to the magic for me .
