Walt Disney World(s)?

I saw ads like this a few times last year, where they're ended by referring to WDW as Walt Disney Worlds.

Then I started seeing them a lot more frequently in 2026.
I'm probably overthinking this, but, is there a possibility this could be a gradual shift into an entire new re-name of the resort? WDW eventually and permanently changed to the plural, WDWs?

Again, I'm most likely overthinking this, but with Uni expanding last year, could this be a way for Disney to cleverly market the "we have much more" message to the public? And to be completely honest, as heavy as the name WDW is on nostalgia, I can't say I hate the idea of a complete resort re-name. WDWs is kinda catchy.

This is probably all temporary marketing, but if (BIG if) this was the lead into" WDWs" as the whole property name... do you like it, love it, hate it? Don't care either way?

I've noticed the commercials now end with "Start saving today".

This was posted a while ago regarding the change:
As the calendar turned to 2025, Disney surprised fans by rebranding the beloved Walt Disney World Resort in Florida to the new title “Walt Disney Worlds.” This change marks the beginning of an ambitious new advertising campaign dubbed “Infinite Worlds.” The intent behind this fresh approach is to emphasize the vastness of experiences available within the resort, highlighting its multiple themed parks, water parks, and extensive dining and shopping options.

Disney’s new naming strategy can also be seen as a direct response to competitors like Universal Studios, which lined up its own grand opening for the Epic Universe theme park. The term “Worlds” resonates with the notion of expansive possibilities, potentially drawing parallels to Universal’s “Portals” marketing theme. This strategic positioning reveals Disney’s commitment to maintaining its magical allure while confidently ushering in a new era of entertainment.

I must have not been paying attention last year. Noticed these ads, but very rarely toward the end of 2025, and heavily in 2026.
