Hello everyone I'm a new CM (positively) and I'm extremely excited for this dream come true, I was offered a position in the resorts call center and I'm done with orientation, now I'm waiting to go through traditions. It is a full time role and I am interested to know the process, how long will traditions be how long will training be. I cannot find any information on just employment, I can only find videos and articles on the DCP I think that's great and probably the same process but I would love too solidify that assumption. Also are the busses that are used by DCP accessible to regular employees thank you in advance and have a wonderful day.

So I am in training right now at the Reservation Center in Tampa. Are you in Orlando or Tampa? Traditions is about 6-8 hours long, training is a 7 week process.

I worked in Orlando's DRC many moons ago. Many good people but between my personality clashing with the systems and ways of business, it was not the in for me. Enjoy!
