Does this include online reservations? or just phone reservations?

Both. The online reservation ties and books into the same reservation used if you make them by phone.


Basically, call tonight or tomorrow for anything you need to have done. Otherwise, you are better off waiting until Sunday (if you must) or Monday.

Not sure. Last thing I heard was 6 pm yesterday as a target for being back up.

I know there were some additional issues with online booking in addition to the upgrades. The system seems to be up for the most part. It seems there are some issues with different packages.

Try back later in the day or try calling DRC directly.

It seems that when Disney puts their servers down for Upgrades, they usually take a little longer to get back up than what they say. I would give them until tomorrow and it should be alright. Remember, if you can't book...no one else can either. So there shouldn't be any problem in getting the reservation you are looking for.
