Walt Disney On Hollywood Treasure

Did anyone watch Hollywood Treasure last night on SYFY? They had a letter from Walt Disney saying to his friend Ub Iwerks, the man behind Mickey Mouse. The letter exhorts Ub to come to L.A. to be Walt's head of animation Department. The letter starting bidding out at $45,000, it sold for $210,000.

they also had an original painting from the haunted mansion of the girl on a rope above the alligators when you're in the elevator, and apparently it was hand painted. it was a different episode than the one you're talking about.

That I do not know, between that show and all the other buying/selling shows it's hard to keep track. Though I think it was a new episode so you should be able to find it online.

I saw a quick commercial advertising the Haunted Mansion painting, do you remember how much it went for? Imagine having that in your own house!
