Walt Disney Animation Studios land/ Classic Disney animation land for DCA

A lot of us here are pining for Disney to finally put Hollywoodland at DCA out of its misery and replace it with a new land. One thing I have been thinking about for a long time on what could replace this much maligned remaining area of DCA 1.0 could be an area themed to Walt Disney Animation studios or more specific classic Disney Animation. There would be no Pixar at all in this land. Some ideas I have so far for this new land would be to keep a Disney Junior esq dance show in the same space. But the Animation building would be gutted and turned into a Epcot play pavilon type of attraction. Now on to the backlot part. This part would be raised completely and built from the ground up. In the spot of the Sunset theater would go a D ticket level interactive attraction themed to Fantasia this would once again be a moving walkway attraction. It would use projection mapping on screens that are built into the show pieces. The E ticket would be a villains trackless interactive ride. The plot would be Disney villains have teamed up and It will be up to you the guests and Mickey to stop them. This would mix practical set pieces with the projection tech of Runaway Railway. The Final Ride I can think of which will replace the Hyperion would be an E ticket themed to the Disney Princesses. The plot would be the Disney princesses are captured from their respective universes and have to work together to face their biggest threat yet and get back to their homes. Not quite sure that ride system it could use but it is possible this could be the trackless ride instead of the villains idea. But anyways if you could do a Disney animation/Classic Disney animation area for DCA what would you do? Sign off in the comments below.

Nice ideas! Hollywood made a lot of sense in the original DCA but it was abysmal. Now it's somewhat better but lacking a bit of cohesion.

I'd rather have Maroon Studios for DCA with some Roger Rabbit attractions such as Roger Rabbit's Runaway Bus (simulator) and Baby Herman's Runaway Baby Buggy Ride (dark ride) instead.

That's showbiz, kids. That's why this comedy gag jokes aren't funny anymore. Like Daffy Duck said "That's not funny anymore, that is suicide, folks. Please don't try this at home, kids." Remember, please listen my ideas and don't do funny jokes about me anymore okay?

It's not a joke. You bring up Roger Rabbit way too much. You don't have to react to every post with a Roger Rabbit question.

At d23… we’re sorta getting something like this… but it’s a mono-IP land of BH6. Mono-IP lands stifle creativity, and result in a lot of clunkers of flat rides, and if their big attractions stink, the backlash will be huge. The sheer number of mono-IP lands doesn’t help.
