Wall-E

Last time I was at WDW Wall-E was about to be released.. I think I was there about 2 weeks before it came out. There was some hype around the parks but not much. Now I know it is supposed to release on DVD very soon and I think it did pretty well in the theaters. So I was just wondering if there has been any Wall-E themed events or attractions around? We are going in 3 days and my DW is very much into Wall-E and she would love to see anything new they have to offer, even if it were just new toys or something like that. Anybody have any news regarding this?

I've there around the time Enchanted and Sleeping Beauty came out on DVD and they had a little mini parade with the characters at MK. I think that may be about it. O yea maybe a pin also?

I'd be amazed if they put Wall-E in the Christmas parade..But, I highly doubt it will occour.

The only thing I saw, was a photo-op with a life-sized cardboard image of Wall-E, in the Animation building. Some of the posters on the wall were themed from the movie, that's it.

... but now I believe Bolt has taken over the area where the Wall-E cutout was. It's too bad we never got to see the moving Wall-E!

I remember seeing parades for Toy Story and Mulan that ran through (then) Disney-MGM-Studios around their release, they were really fun. I kinda wish they did parades like that for some of the new films. I know it's be difficult to have a brand new parade every 6 months or whatever, but maybe a mini-parade or an extra float to one of the other parades or something.
I feel there is a missed opportunity here. I was dying to see a WALL-E character in the parks - or even just a YouTube video of him the parks.

Whatever happened to the life size robot Wall-E? It would make sense to have him in the parks next week.

Besides i've seen "Push" so many times it's starting to get old. I pay less attention to the trash can than I do the guy so obviously 3 feet away with his one hand in a bag and the other to his mouth.

Bring the real Wall-E out I say!
