Walk through of parks while closed ?

Florida seems to be ahead of the curve in opening the social environment during the Corona pandemic. Would Disney consider manning a partial staff for security and health, and allowing people to pay a reduced fee just to walk around the parks with no attractions opened ? Of course strict social distancing rules would be in effect and a limited number of tickets per park each day; no hoppers to control crowd levels. Season pass holders would receive discounted admission. This would also allow a portion of Disney staffers to return to work earlier.

I know there are some who enjoy just walking around the park, but I would think with everything going on charging people to go somewhere and walk would be kind of a hard sell.

I'm kinda with @Shouldigo12 on this one. Once you've walked around there wouldn't be much else to do. On the Disney side, there would have to be a whole bunch more staff than the eye could see just to have people in there. I feel really bad for the staff and would love to see them go back to work. Unemployment doesn't pay very much down here.

I really dont think Disney would reopen just for guests walking through. You might get a minimal amount of people interested to do a reopen walk through for the idea of saying we were there when, get some photos of a unique Disney, but where would it be in Disneys interest to open at a reduced rate and pay for the immense staff costs. They would be losing more money at a time when they want to increase revenue. Theyd be better off opening when the guests are enjoying themselves fully and emptying their wallets.

People already pay hundreds of dollars to run through the empty parks. :)

I guess it would be kinda neat to get some photos with the park pretty much empty, but to give a simple straight forward answer Disney is not going to do this because it will lose them money. First off the amount of guests that would pay to do this would be minimal and the amount of CM's they would have to staff the parks and pay for this they would lose money doing this. It don't make sense.

Probably not what you have in mind, but if you stay at the Grand Californian at Disneyland, you can take part in a group power walk through California Adventure before it opens... at least, you could before the pandemic. Who knows if this will still be offered when the resort reopens?

PS- No cameras or strollers allowed.
