waitlist for a Seasonal Only question

I received an email from disney saying I am on the waitlist for employment.
Has anyone ever received this email, and what is the waitlist?
What should I expect, will this happen or don't count on ever getting in?
I am retired from teaching " crazy band director" so I am not working at disney just for money.

"Thank you for interviewing with the Walt Disney World® Resort Recruitment team.

As mentioned during your interview, you are currently on the waitlist for a Seasonal Only Attractions role and any additional roles recommended by your Recruiter."

So... it's def been awhile since you posted this, but what ended up happening? Same boat here due to my available start date...
