There were absolutely no waits to enter the area at any time over the 4th of July weekend - I would imagine that signals the end of multihour waits to enter the area. Forbidden Journey will have a wait between 30-90 minutes most likely, with Forbidden Journey & Dragon Challenge staying below 30. Ollivander's will likelyr each 90+, so if you want to do that, hit it early.

If you do encounter a wait to enter the area (which is again seemingly unlikely), simply come back later in the day - the crowd will dissipate as time goes on.

I was at IOA on Tuesday, July 6th and there were lines to get into Harry Potter most of the day. I arrived at IOA at 7:30AM when the park was supposed to be open at 9AM. They were actually letting people into the park. They had the hotel guest go into Seuss to get to Potter and regular guest into Marvel to get to Potter. We walked through Marvel and noticed that all the rides were open, so we road Spiderman with no wait. We then proceded to Potter and waited 30 minutes to get in. The line to FJ ride said 90 minutes. Actually the biggest part of the line was for the lockers and actually seeing Potter in the queue. Ignore the cast members when they tell you to keep the line moving and just let people pass you if they want to watch Harry and Dumbledore. There is no line after that!

The rest of the day there were lines to get into Potter that looked an hour long. We went back after dinner around 7:30 and there were no lines any more to get in but 120 minute wait for the FJ ride. We went on the single rider line and waited 10 minutes, but you didn't see Harry or Dumbledore in the queue

logically it is hard to gauge the wait times for a new attraction in the future.... i will get the doc on the case:

Went yesterday (7th July) we did Uni in the day then headed to IOA about 6pm, the wait time posted said 90 minutes but it was about 30, and once you get inside the castle, there is so much to look at you'll want to be in there for a while.

I'm not familiar with the layout of IOA. How bottlenecked does WWoHP have to be where there are significant waits just to get into the area?
