Aargh! My television appearance..... ON THE CUTTING ROOM FLOOR!!!! NO!!!! Only one person from our group was shown for about a split second. And to think... I was going to be famous.

But at least some friends from the parade made it on tv!

That sucks! I was watching, but I really coudln't make out any of the people. They were switching scenes too fast. Oh well. It was a nice parade this year. I'm glad they brought it back.

I almost missed the special, because I woke up late...but I wish they would have just showed the parades, etc. instead of interjecting commentary from people on the sidelines...I felt like it was just one big Disney commercial instead of a program to entertain the TV audience.

The funniest thing about the special this morning was one of the commercials. It was for Disney Cruise line called "Little Souvenir".

i was actually glad to see that disney got real hard core this year with all the commercials. i thought they had them mixed well and were actually great commercials! i guess this was the ad blitz they were talking about in december. i hope this helps bring in more crowds and get the disney empire back on its feet.:sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:

I know! I had never seen so many WDW commercials! lol I was happy I like the one where the little girl is at the spelling bee and she was about to spell microphone..."M-I-C" and then the old man goes "K-E-Y!" and then everyone starts singing it, lol so funny

Little girl (4yrs old maybe) with mom and little brother in elevator. Little girl is raving about the trip.
Person in elevator asks when they went.
Mom says a year ago and she still talks about it.
Little girl then introduces her 3month old baby brother.
"Mommy calls him her little souvenir"
There is a bit more to it but thats the basics.
