When or will the actual number of votes for/against/abstain be announced?

Will a number be known tomorrow or will it take weeks for a number to come in?

In my experience the numbers are announced at the meeting.

Even if he were not re elected tomorrow, don't expect to see him leave immediately. That would be a sign of weakness and there are too many outside companies waiting to pounce.

There is the Voting at the meeting by thoes who wish to attend in person, half way thru the meeting voting is closed. toward the end of the meeting the secretary of the board of directors tasllies up the in house votes, then adds the proxys in, and then calls out the totals for each member or article to thoes in attendance for which there was a vote called for

Sorry, but I do not aggree. The company is already weak. Roy and Stan have done a good job seeing to that.

If I were Eisner, and the vote goes the way it is projected, I would cash in my stock options and go home making sure I aired some dirty laundry when I left. "You don't want me, you attack me, here, reap what you sow."

Have to disagree. Eisner and Co. have seen to it that the company is not what it was by cutting costs everywhere and letting people leave and/or forcing them out. The dissention that they are seeing now is the fruit of their efforts to make money.

BTW, Eisner has over 19million options he can cash in on at any time. And what's he done over the past decade to deserve that?

And Company. . . hmmm, who could that company be. Weren't Roy and Stan on the board for years?

Don't know, haven't seen the books, but has the Disney stock value risen over the last decade?

Disney stock is up...recently. But it is not close to where it was.

Eisner as the chairman has the final say on business decisions, which is why he has to go. He is no longer effective.

Eisner has 21 million stock options only 19 of which he can option at this time. (not sure what that is about, though).
