Volunteer Like You Mean It - Universal

Has anyone had any experience with this program? I was thinking about peeling off a few hours to participate with the kiddo (now that she's eligible) and her Uncle (age 12).

Both are active in scouting (GSA and BSA respectively), and I'd like to encourage that behavior.

For the record, I won't be buying the "package"...we will want to stay at Hard Rock (or another Deluxe, not partner) because we want the Express Pass. I was just thinking about peeling off a few hours and volunteering the kids and me (sister and her fiance says they'll join in as well, haven't run it by the rest of the party yet)...

So, I am not looking for the discounts, I'm looking at the opportunity.

I've had the opportunity to volunteer at Give Kids and it is truly incredible. I will say that there are many more volunteer opportunities if you sign up directly through the organization than through Universal. I volunteered in the castle playing with the kids and helping them make their stars that get placed on the ceiling. It is so worth it and I highly recommend you try it!
