I'm not sure if this had been posted yet, but I just learned of plans submitted by Universal to to the Water Management District back in January. The plans show Universal's intention to build a tram and bus loop from the current parking structure to the new water park.

Yes. The parking for VB will be on the lower level of the south parking garage where they will have a dedicated tram stop to transport people to the water park.

Not gonna hold my breath. But seeing what they do at universal I wouldn't be shocked.

I just find it odd that Uni chose to build at least something to transport guests, while Disney chose not to build anything in Anaheim for connecting the planned new Pumbaa parking structure to its parks. I believe the distance between the Uni parking structures to VB is much much less than the planned Pumbaa parking structure to the Disneyland Resort parks in Anaheim. What's more is that the planned VB connection is from a minor park to the main parking structures, while the planned Pumbaa parking in Anaheim would lack a connection - not to a minor park - but to two main parks. The parallels between DLR and USO are amazing, but the differences are textbook-class studies.
