Visits to Your Opinion

How many visits to WDW do you "think" you need to take before your "opinion" should count/matter?

Take the poll to this question: How many visits per year to WDW do you "think" you need to take before your "opinion" should count/matter?

Do you think if you go once a year, Disney should hear you out? Twice a year, three times, more??

**Try not to think of this as how much money you give them, that can be a whole separate poll. As it is, Disney figures the longer you stay, the more you spend.. Also, IE: each vacation no matter the duration counts as (1) visit.

Even after all those choices, I have another... How about someone that has gone 45 times over 32 years every time as an adult. Sometimes more then once a year and sometimes not at all in a given year. That's pretty well rounded isn't it?

I would classify this as "Given", no?

I have only been to WDW twice in my life, and I think that even someone who has only been once should be able to voice their opinion. Not all of us live close enough, or have the financial ability, to visit even annually, but I don't think that should stop us from having an opinion, and anyone who thinks that you have to be a regular visitor to have any kind of valid opinion is a bit of a WDW snob. There is enough information on the Internet, including thousands of videos, that show every facet of WDW-I have seen videos of things at WDW that I have never experienced, but definitely hold an opinion on. Just my 2 cents.

Another choice. Someone who has been to WDW multiple times over the past forty-one years, but never more than once a year and sometimes only once every three to four years. The visits lasted anywhere fom two to four weeks giving time for thorough explorations of all of the parks over the years.

Everyone's opinion matters...or at least it should to some extent. Those with misconceptions who have never been are a demographic disney needs to work on to get them in the parks just as much as the five times annually traveller. We all have cold hard cash that they want to wrestle from our fists so at some level everyone's opinion counts.

I'm not going to take the survey because giving an opinion about who has the right to have a viable opinion seems elitist at best to me.

I think Disney only listens to quarterly profit numbers. That's OK. If restaurants and hotels are full I'm sure they consider complaints as anecdotal. If you have a legitimate issue (or not) they give you something to mollify you, hoping that's the end of it.

Just look at how many restaurants are not that great and rarely improve? That's because they are busy.

Disney should listen to anyone who takes a trip. But there should be different levels of surveys given to those who go annually and those who go on multiple trips. All opinions should be taken more seriously, but even more so those frequent trip takers. Only because they are able to give more constructive criticism due to frequent visits. Multiple trips allow guests to compare the good from the bad, the past from the present, and are more knowledgable about where Disney needs improvement to keep them coming back. All guests checking out should leave behind a survey geared to critiquing every aspect of their trip.
