Visiting end of October, beginning of November from the UK

Hey all!

So excited to be back at Disney this year - for my honeymoon! (Eeek!).

We are really hoping to get both Halloween and Christmassy magic - we arrive on the Sunday 28th and go home on November 12th.

Fantastic Disney friends - is it possible we will see both? Will it just be Halloween (that's ok, of course!).
Do we know roughly when the Merry Christmas parties start this year?

This is roughly the time we were there a few years ago and we got both Halloween and Christmas. The first Christmas Party will probably be around Friday Nov 9th this year. You'll see the biggest change in decorations at the MK. The other parks and the resorts tend to take a bit longer.

I'll be there at the same time (Oct 25th - 16th Nov) and have been similar times before and am planning to do both parties again. Last went in 2014 and went to the Halloween party (MNSSHP) on 31st and Christmas party (MVMCP) ON 6th Nov so am sure you'll be able to get to them both. Look out for dates being advertised on this forum or the Walt Disney site.

I did very similar dates in 2015 and got both. It didn't take long for all of the Christmas decorations to go up once Halloween had passed! I'll be there for the last 10 days of October this year so it'll just be Halloween for me.

Ah - that's fantastic news! I'm so excited already, we've only been in May before so it will be quite a change. Thanks guys. I don't suppose we know roughly when tickets are usually released?

Usually April/May time. Announced on this forum too under the News section when they are released.
