OK, as some of you know - I am an American ex-pat who has lived in Europe for many years. I will be bringing DS (7) to FL this autumn to holiday with my lovely mother. (English) DH is staying behind in London so football is allowed! We will be in WDW on an Sunday in October...and I would like to watch the Vikings game (glutton for punishment, me).

DS and I go to the Wembley games every year (he LOVES football) but I thought it might be fun for all of us to watch the game in a sports bar/restaurant, as that would be a totally new experience for him. I didn't realize that the "Club" didn't take rezzies until today - but I saw a few bits and pieces about the VIP experience...

Has anybody done this? Am I right in thinking that the table is yours for the duration of the game - do you request the desired game in advance? I am a bit of a fretter (not good with anything left to chance) so specifics would be appreciated...if anybody out there can offer advice. Seriously...minute details would be great...;) Thanks so much, and Skol!

Oh, and DS eats like a stevedore.

There was a thread about this somewhere. Or maybe Disney Food Blog. So take what I remember with a grain of salt. You're basically guaranteeing the club that you're going to purchase a certain amount of food and drink so there really is no extra charge. You get the reservation for one game only. But you do get the entire game.

Yeah, thanks - I saw that entry...and I did call. I just wanted to hear someone's 100% objective opinion after shelling out the $$$. A big difference between reading about something and EXPERIENCING it. Just ask anyone who's ever spent a night in an NHS hospital...;)
