Villains Weekend...What to do?

DW and I are going to do a Disney Weekend in September without the kids.
We have a flight after work on Thursday and coming home Sunday morning.
This gives us 2 full days at the parks.
The only thing we have planned is the Unleash the Villains party at DHS on Friday the 13th.
We are staying at a value resort and have the free quick service dining plan.
We can’t make up our minds what to do for the rest of the time.
DW isn’t into roller coasters or ToT and we took the kids in Feb with a full day at MK and a day at AK (along with a Disney Cruise)

Where would you spend the rest of the time?

As a side note…..we really like the ribs at Flame Tree BBQ. Are these available in any of the other parks? What resturants?

Hi! Welcome to WDWMagic! May I ask what is ToT? I am sorry I don't know. I don't use many abbreviations. You could have some time at Epcot strolling through World Showcase, because you didn't take the kids there, or you could go back to MK, I can't go to WDW without going to MK!

I would spend my time at EPCOT, with two adults.

Hoop de Doo has good ribs...as does Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

Have you done MNSSHP? I don't know if they fit your dates but I think it's fun. I actually would go to MK. I can't get enough of it. I went last July, MNSSHP in October, then to the All-Nighter last Friday. :)

Fairfax Fare at DHS, Sunset Blvd. has good ribs. And the pulled pork sandwich is great too.
Epcot is a good days park or if you are staying at DHS the Beauty and Beast show is good, lots to see in Disney Animation, LMA stunt show, Indy, and more...theres enough to do besides ToT & RnRC.

I would vote for Epcot, too. We've gone with our nieces and we've been there by ourselves and found that we enjoy it just a bit more when there are no kids. We can spend time checking out all the exhibits and browse through World Showcase. The crowds aren't too bad in September. You will wait for some things but others will basically be a walk-on. There aren't as many thrill rides so it may be more up your wife's alley.

Assuming you do not wish to leave Disney here...

I am partial to the AK, anyway, so if you like Flame Tree, I have to vote for AK! But why not just go wherever you feel like going when you get up? :)

Ribs - Hoop Dee Doo, Mickey's BBQ, Whispering Canyon Cafe...or just have some at the Outback or Longhorn before you leave home and get your fill! :)
