Views/Room Options at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge

I am a new DVC member and will soon be booking our 1st trip in a 2BR at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge. I searched the forums about views and really only found info about the Fort Wilderness rooms (not Villas).

Does anyone know what the options are for views at the Villas?

Its pretty much only woods view. If you ask for "near elevators, top floor" and actually get your request you might be able to see part of the pool and lake.

Mostly the woods and parking lot from the looks of it. Some rooms may have a view of the villas pool and a glimpse of Bay Lake. I'd say request a view of the pool and/or lake.

Thanks to both of you for the responses!! I'll aim for as much pool/lake as I can get!

the pool/lake view is a very samll view as it is just the dvc pool, but it is a nice view of the lake, try to get there early to check in (seems to be the key for getting the veiw requested)

Thanks wherewhy (like that name, btw!) - we'll be driving and therefore flexible about when we arrive, so we'll plan on getting there early. Thanks for the advice!
