View from Carribean Beach Resort

On the WDW Official website...there is a picture of the CBR and in the background is the Epcot ball...can you really see the Epcot ball from CBR??? i am very curious about that...b/c it is close to MGM according to what I have read...and also...how much does it cost to rent the different kinds of boats and such there? I am planning on surprising my boyfriend by staying there December 2003 and any info is greatly appreciated

when i stayed there you could just barely see SE. But with all the road work and land clearing they've done the last few years you probably can see it better now.

I stayed there in my Honeymoon for 10 days back in 98. We could see Spaceship earth and you can also see some of the Ulluminations fireworks. We found the best place for this by the main pool at the lounge.
We loved CB it's a great resort. I remember the boats not being all that expensive. Like $25.00 for a half an hour.

I remember walking from the main check in over to the Old Port Royale area and being able to see Spaceship Earth from there. We also stayed in Jamacia that year and we were able to see it from the bus stop......
