I seen at oceaneer club there video game challenge for all ages what exactly is video game challenge.

I don’t know exactly but the Oceaneer Club is the Kids Club.

The Open House is the introductory session for the kids clubs. I think parents can attend with their children but it isn’t for all guests on the ship.

Your screenshot shows it is part of the “Youth Activities Open House”. That’s the introductory sessions for the kids clubs, where children can go with their parents for the first time.
I think all ages means all age groups of the kids clubs, so 3-16. Plus their carers.

You need to ask DCL. Try emailing or calling, or live chat if it’s available.

It’s a video game challenge in a kids club. If, as an adult, you feel the need to participate, you’ll need to ask DCL or the staff on-hand during the open house.

For the first hour or so of the ship's boarding passengers, the Oceaneer's Club is available for parents and their children to tour. After that, only children in the age range are allowed into the area, unless there is an open house that day.

Children who are registered for the various clubs will be given a "Magicband" to facilitate checking in and checking out each day.

The various kids "clubs" are Oceaneer's (ages 3-10), Edge (ages 11-14) and Vibe (ages 14-17). Activities in each "club" will be geared to the age range of each club. Activities change daily.
