Taking 12 year old to dinner here. It says dressy so i was thinking dress, tights and maybe a 2 and a half inch heel. Thoughts.

2 1/2 inch heels for a 12 year old?? That's what I wear when I go out.
Out of curiosity, have you been to V&As? She will certainly be fine for the dress code, but will she eat the food for the $185 price tag?
Depending where they live, I see kids that age all the time eat at places more expensive in NYC, Boston ect ect….
You mean there are places that charge more than Disney? Impossible, as everyone says Disney is the most expensive place to visit in the world. /sarcasm, of course
