If you just Google, "Via Napoli individual pizza" and look at the images that pop up, you can see dozens of happy people posing with their Via Napoli pies. The individual-size pizzas are about the diameter of a Pizza Hut medium (although with a thinner, Neapolitan-style crust) -- 12". Here are some being made:

In contrast, here's what the large size (officially serves 2-3, although my family of 4 would be more than satisfied with one), and the Mezzo Metro size (officially serves 3-5) look like, respectively, in production:

We got a large for my birthday lunch there last month, and it fed the 3 of us. We also did get some appetizers as i cant turn down good calamari, but it was plenty!

Even the children portions are large. My daughter got the cheese pizza, and she was only able to eat about 1/3 of it.

For 4 adults, we get the Mezzo and we can barely finish it. Sometimes there are a couple slices left over. We really like the pizza and the price per person for Disney standards isn't bad at all.

So I'll say they are big but it depends on your family. Unfortunately or fortunately I have son's who wore size 13 sneakers from the time they were 12 and eat like it's their last meal before their death row pardon has kicked in.
We generally get mezzo pizza, an appetizer and a family salad with nothing left over.

The pizzas we got on the dining plan were about 12”. We could barely finish them, though we really tried. It is by far our favorite meal at DW.

We ate there in October. The size is certainly not an issue, but i didn't think the quality was great. I thought it was kind of rubbery and not very tasty. We split a large, i forget which toppings. My dad and i agreed that there was nothing special about it. Not one of the more memorable meals i've had at WDW.

1 credit gets you the Individual. I think when you move to larger sizes, they start to deduct a credit per person even if it's one large because they think you're sharing. May depend on server, but in general, VN may not be the 'best' use of credits either way.

I thought I read that 2 table credits is one large pizza, but cannot find it anywhere, thx for the info
