Veteran's hidden discount?

Just wondering... anyone have an experience receiving an un-advertised discount for military veterans when you book your package? I know from experience that they often have un-advertised discounts for active duty military... I once had about a third of the total cost of my package shaved off just for asking (of course, I had to show a current military ID when I checked for the discount to be valid).

I'm now an honorably discharged veteran, so just wondering if this will get me any savings.

Good Afternoon,

Military tickets, rooms, and memory maker offer require you to be Active Duty, Career Retired (20+ years) or 100% Service Connected (DAVPRM).

I can tell you during the months of January and September Veterans with honorable discharge can stay at Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resort.
