Very Confusing Hotel Question

We (my husband, 12 y/o son, and I) are going to HRH for 8 nights in June (OMG-45 days!!!). My 12 y/o will NOT be staying the entire trip (he is going to camp at SW). My adult step son and his GF want to come up for the night and stay in the room. We only got a room for 3 (King). My question is would the adults be able to "attach" to our room for the night and be able to get EP? Are there any extra fees? I REALLY want them to pay for their own room- kinda rude IMO o_O

If they fit under the occupancy limit - then yes. You could get a rollaway too (costs I believe). If they don't fit under the limit, then obviously the hotel isn't going to allow it or recognize them for ExpressPass. They must be on the reservation for that.

Your best bet is to just call the hotel and ask - because any partial changes like that would go through them anyways.

hehe.. shouldn't be that hard...
"do I pay additional for each adult in a room?"
"what is the max occupancy of my room?"
"if I pay additional, is it possible to have people in on my room reservation for only part of a stay"

I've done this in the past. It wasn't hard. Like flynnibus said, make sure your room has the capacity for the other 2 adults. Let the front desk know when they'll be joining you. You'll have to pay I believe an additional $25 per guest per night in order to get them a room key with Express.

they will exceed the occupancy- our room is for 3. I see it as a score for me- I'd end up paying for all their food, drinks and any other charges they would acquire. Last time he "invited himself" on my vacation was to WDW- Beach Club- I bought him an AP and he stayed in the room the WHOLE TRIP! Ordering room service I might add-$500 worth:mad: I'm glad I can simply blame the hotel and not look like I don't want them there:D
