very cheap car rental

For my last 5 day trip that I just got back from on sunday (unfortunately), when looking for a car to rent, they were all around the $400 range.

Well one day, I was bored and browsing on my bank of america mastercard site and found a travel section. I did have to pay in advance, but I got us a rental car for $160!

Never would've thought to checked out my credit card website, and I didn't even have to redeem any points towards it.

Great idea and deal!! We got a week standard rental for $160 through my husband's work. They get perks from other companies and we got a sweet deal from Enterprise!

Thanks for the tip. I'm always searching out the best rental car deals. Usually I do best by combining AAA and Costco discount codes, but it's worth checking out the credit card company site next time.

Ironically enough, our company also has a "discount" promo with Hertz. It's usually like 5%-10% more than if I just book it myself through the Hertz site.
