Vero Beach and the Winter

Hey guys..I am going to be at DVBR January 4-6th on my way back up to school from Winter Break. Obviously..I know for a Floridian like myself it won't exactly be beach weather BUT..are the pools heated? And are there any hot tubs?

That would just be perfect..

Any tips from anyone who has gone to Vero in the winter? I am looking forward to the campfire and s'mores.

The only time I have ever been to Vero Beach is May (a great time to go BTW.) The pool is heated I belive and they do have a hot tub. You can also get a message ($) but always a great treat. I never seem to take the time for them at WDW, but always at vero.

They are doing some changes with the campfire because of hurricanes. Not sure what the currenlt situation is. Maybe someone who has been more recenlty can answer.

We will be at WDW Jan 4 th 11th oursevles (SSR for the 1st time) Can't wait! :sohappy:

Hmm..thank you! I am wondering now about the campfires..hopefully by January everything will be back to normal from the Hurricanes.

I am very excited to know the pool is heated..for us South Floridians, swimming in a cold pool is not enjoyable!
