Hi folks,

Looking for up-to-date suggestions and recommendations, mostly for quick service and snacks to help plan our upcoming visit this summer. Our old favorites are joints like Woody's Lunchbox, ABC Commissary, Pecos Bill, Restaurantosaurus, Blaze Pizza and of course Erin McKenna.

What's new for 2022? Any hidden vegan gems? :hungry:

For table service, based on previous experience and current reports, our choices are Tiffins, Sanaa, Steakhouse 71, Rose and Crown and a Kona Cafe breakfast ... also welcome any comments on this list!

Thanks!

Ronto Roasters’ new vegan options have been my new go-to😀 Both the Triple Sun Breakfast Wrap and the zucchi wrap are vegan.

I’d also recommend Whispering Canyon Cafe’s plant-based skillet. I absolutely loved everything in it (besides the jackfruit, but that’s a personal taste)

If you want to see reviews of the vegan options, on Youtube there's Princess and the Bear who wander around the Disney parks, Springs, Universal and local haunts.

+1 vote for Sanaa, that place is amazing. The vegan options are just as good as the meat options, and their plant-based options aren't the processed "fake meat" items that are just as bad as conventional fast food. I love that place.

I know it’s out of the way but if you feel like heading out to Coronado Springs Resort. This dip (not my picture) was the highlight of my trip.
It’s roasted corn in a vegan smoked tomato aioli. Sooo good and vegan as is. You can order it at Villa del Lago and just sit out the water….I’m drooling just thinking about it.

Another one I really enjoyed was the Felucian Kefta Platter at Docking Bay 7 (Hollywood Studios). My mother and I split one meal but we don’t have huge appetites. The kefta were nicely flavoured and not too “meaty” tasting (in a good way) almost like falafel balls. They are served on hummus with a tomato cucumber salad.

As someone who's been vegetarian my entire life (and have been eating mostly vegan at home) I really enjoyed the vegan bowls they had at Satu'li canteen--I felt for quick service they were delicious and filling just enough. For TS in a park, I really like Yak and Yeti--they were happy to make just about any entree with tofu (and the deep-fried green beans were a delicious, albeit not the healthiest dish, addition)!! I definitely loved Kona Cafe for breakfast. I also really enjoyed Grand Floridian Cafe and Ale and Compass for breakfast as well.
