Vacation Planning DVD

A few weeks ago we received the vacation planning DVD for this year, but when we put it in our DVD player it came up blank. We tried the computer and it still didn't work. My dad ended up ordering another one by phone but it still hasn't arrived yet.

So my question is: Is there any way that we can get a DVD that works before our trip on the 6th of next month? (We like to collect them for each trip)

All I can think of is ordering a new one..I had an issue similar...I got my vacation planning kit.....Without a DVD....So all i did was reordered it and in about a few weeks and got my DVD...

I must say tho this years Vacation DVD Is pretty much just the YOMAD Dvd of the past 2years but was changed about celebrating you..etc..

Thanks. I tried that and it says it will be sent. Hopefully we'll get it before the trip. Thanks again for the suggestion.

This is the latest part of Disney's cost cutting measures - Sending out blank DVD's.

I requested the dvd well over a month ago and still haven't received it.
