Using Priceline For Car Rental

I have never bid on a minivan. I have bid on cars many times and sometimes get one and sometimes not. Priceline says you can get up to 20% off which is okay but not as good as they used to do. Still you can sometimes do better than that. Price out the minivan for the location you want on everyones websites then take 20% off and bid a little lower than that. I have not been as happy lately with the Priceline car prices.
