using magical express?

hi there,we are considering using the express on our next vacation and are looking for some advice/reviews.
usually we pick the car up at the airport but each time it seems the staff there become more unhelpful and next time we are thinking we'll just get the car from the swan/dolphin.we'll be staying at the Caribbean,what sort of time does it take from mco? we land around 5ish in the afternoon,what sort of time will we be looking at getting our luggage? finally how does the luggage work at the airport?do we collect it after going through immigration and take it to the bus? if anyone has any info about any of this we'd be most greatful thanks

We pick up a car at MCO every visit and the employees at Budget have never been anything but efficient and helpful. Sorry you've had a problem with your provider. We used the rental desk at the Swan/Dolphin once a few years ago and it was fine. Never used the bus, so I can't answer your questions. Good luck and enjoy your trip

We love the magical express. If we need to rent a car, we do it at the car care center at the magic kingdom. We like just getting off the plane and going downstairs and hopping on that bus. In January, we got our luggage about 45 minutes after we arrived at POP. Very convenient.

The time it's going to take is affected by how long you need to wait for a bus and where the bus is stopping along the way. We've been from ME check in to our resort room in 45 minutes but we've also had it take as long as 2 hours. As for the luggage, we've always had it in 2 hours or less.
