This is not looking good for Eisner. 20% is rougly needed to vote against to sound "alarms" to remove him and you know what? It is starting to look like it could happen even though it seemed far fetched 2 months ago.

from the way this look, this is huge and possibly there's more to follow very soon.

This looks to be a statement that these companies have a total of more than 15 million shares of stock and will be voting "no".
