We have a big group of 11 and have a few small children that cannot do some of the bigger attractions at Disney World. Is it possible to plan the same FP time for everyone in the group and have some go early in the slot and some later in the slot? (That way someone is left to watch the littles)

Or is there a way to use a parent swap for some in the group? (Im guessing no on that one..

My only other option is to try to schedule separate FP times for some of the group...which Is my best option>

Yes and yes.

If everyone has a FP+ reservation for, say, 1:00-2:00, some can get in line at 1:00, and others as late as 2:00.

They also use the FP+ system to manage child swap, but it requires someone to wait in the standard queue, so it's easier on rides you already have FP for.
