urgent help with booking ADR's

so basically i went on the Walt Disney world website to book ADR and there asking me for my confirmation number? what is this, as i booked my holiday through Virgin and not Disney Direct, however i am staying on Disney property so any help would be great.

It's your reservation number for the package that you booked - Disney wants to make sure that you actually do have a reservation to allow you to book at 180 days out for 10 days of your stay. I think the numbers start with 430...and they are 12 digits. If you don't have the number I'd try doing it over the phone with Disney instead of online, or call whoever booked the package for you to get that confirmation number. Good luck!

I also booked with Virgin and had a lot of trouble getting my 12 digit confirmation number in February. It wasn't available for my 180 day mark. Instead I just booked my restaurants on line a day at a time and had no problem but it is a bit of a pain not being able to do your +10 days. If I can be of any further help please let me know :)

yes thank you, I've never done it before you see, so i was really worried, but manged to get in to a dining account using my confirmation number it just doesn't let me go any further when i click on "my reservations section" its a bloody nightmare. I'm having to keeping going on to my emails to then get back to the reservations I've made through the site, if that makes sense its (its so awkward) but im getting there slowly, as they say slow and steady wins the race. :D

I gather that you're "across the pond"...is it possible for you to call Disney? If not, make sure you save your confirmation numbers for the ADRs and have them with you when you show up for your ADRs on your trip. As you know, the online stuff isn't too reliable. I hope you got all the ADRs you wanted!

When I called on Monday I was told that some people were having problems booking after the 180 days. If it doesn't work call for your reservations. Good luck!
I tried to make mine at 6:00 am (180 days out) and NOTHING was available! I was out of my mind mad, worried and confused. I waited (nervously) until 7:00 am and called, was on hold for a half hour and then got everything I wanted. I've never had anything like that happen....was like something from one of my "Disney nightmares."

It's enough to give you a nervous breakdown! I accidentally reclicked to search for reservations for BOG when there wa already two times available. I let out a scream and my husband was just looking at me like what is wrong with you?!? Lol. He just doesn't understand. Lol. So glad you got everything you wanted!
