Upgrading to Annual Pass

Hey guys,

got a quick question;

I currently have a vacation planned for December 12-19th, but I have the opportunity to go to Disney World for 1 day in a week and a half. Originally I wanted to turn that Disney trip into Annual Pass when we get there in December, but if I do go in a week and a half can I turn those December tickets into a Annual Pass on that day? Or do I have to wait until the December Trip?

Thanks for help!

Are the tickets that you plan on using in December part of a package that includes your room in December? If so then no, you can't access those tickets until your December check in day, so you wouldn't be able to use them a month early. If you want to buy an annual pass on your upcoming 1 day trip, your best bet is probably to modify your December reservation to room-only. You'll have to run the numbers if you already received some type of discount to see if doing so makes sense. Obviously do it soon because packages have to be paid for 30 days in advance and I'm not sure how it works if you make modifications after that point. It's possible that your cleanest option is to just buy a 1 day ticket for the early trip and then follow your original plan in December.
