Updates! Just got back yesterday (8/10)

I just came back from my wonderful but tiring trip from Walt Disney World and Miami!
We arrived in Florida on 7/30 at Tampa Airport (not Orlando). It was late at night, so we stayed at the airport hotel in Tampa. The next day, we drove to Orlando (it didn't take that long).

Day 1:
On 8/1, we went to Epcot. We arrived sometime around 10:30 ish. We first took a FP for Test Track. The line was about an hour wait. After we took the FP we went wondering around to the World Showcase. We waitied for about 10 minutes for Maelstorm in Norway. (We were waiting before the World Showcase actually opened, and there were lines already!) After we visited Norway, we went to Mexico. (Right next door) We went on the River ride ( I forgot what it was called...) And visitied the gift shop. They sell some pretty neat stuff. The line for the River ride was really short, it was like 3 minutes. After that, we walked over to China, and saw the 360 degree film called "Reflections of China."
After we visited Mexico, it was time for us to head over to Test Track. It was my first time going on it and i thought it was really cool and fun!! :) I felt like i was on a freeway with no traffic at all! awesome... The reason why it was my first time going on Test Track even though i visited WDW last summer, was because last summer i went on Mission: Space the first thing i aririved in Epcot, and that made me kind of motion sick, so i didn't wanna go on any more thrill rides... Well anyways, that was last year, so that's a different story. After we went on Test Track, we were hungry so we went on the ferry boat (or ship, whatever you call it) and got off at Morroco. We walked over to Japan, (right next door to Morroco) and had lunch at a Japanese restaurant. The food was so yummy! After we ate our lunch, we walked over to Canada and saw another 360 degree film called "O Canada!" I believe i liked "O Canada!" more than "Reflections of China." After we saw the film, we went over to Spaceship Earth, (no wait!!) and left Epcot to go to Magic Kingdom. Oh and by the way, we are from California, and we've been on Soarin' a couple of times already at California Adventure, so we didn't go on Soarin' at Epcot. We checked the lines, but it was horrible. We didn't get FP's for it because like i said above, we've been on it already and it's probably the same.
When we arrived in Magic Kingdom, i think it was about 4:00 or 5:00pm. We first tried to make reservations for the next day to Cinderella's Royal Table, but the only option was 9:00pm, so we didn't make any. The person told us that we could try to come at around 4:00pm the next day and eat without any reservations. So that's what we planned to do. We headed over to Tomorrowland and got fast passes for Space Mountain. Then we headed over to Thunder Mountain and rode the ride maybe about 2 times in a row! Haha, it's a great ride!! We skipped Splash Mountain because there was a loooooooong line... like always. We were gonna go to MK the next day so might as well go on it the next day. I believe we rode Space Mountain about 3 times, maybe. lol. We saw part of Wishes! fireworks. The reason why we only got to see part of it was because we were on Space Mountain and the fireworks started when we were riding it.

Day 2: On 8/2, we went to Magic Kingdom. Like the other night, we walked over to Tomorrowland, got FP's for Space Mountain and headed over to Frontierland, rode Thunder Mountain a couple of times, walked all the way across park to ride Space Mountain (used our FP's) and headed to Splash Mountain to get Fast Passes. Then, we went to the Fantasyland area and rode Haunted Mansion. It was about a 40 minute wait, and i really thought it was worth the wait! It was great. We headed over to Cinderella's Royal Table at about 4:05pm to check if we can eat. The person said we had to wait about 20 minutes and see if we can, so then we patiently waited for 20 minutes, and luckily there was an open spot!! We went inside and had dinner. The food was delicious!!! And i also love the way the waiters go "Your Highness, Pretty Princess, and Sir." That's so cute! lol well after we finished our dinner, it was time for us to ride Splash Mountain! At first i thought i wouldn't like Splash Mountain right after dinner, (because of the huge drop) but it worked out fine. After we got off of Splash, we got FP's for Splash again, and spent our time going on the nearest attractions possible- Pirates of the Caribbean (25 minute wait), Jungle Cruise (it said 10, but it was more like a 5 minute wait), and again, Thunder Mountain. So then it was again, time for us to ride Splash. Very fun!! After that, we left the park.

Day 3: On 8/3, we spent the day at Typhoon Lagoon! Had a fun splash. We wanted to go to Blizzard Beach, but the parking was full by the time we got there, so we went to Typhoon. I don't really remember the details for Typhoon, but the waits weren't bad at all. At about 3:30pm, there was a HUGE storm!! We all had to leave the park... We went back to our hotel, and took a shower, and then went to Downtown Disney to have dinner at this restaurant called Wolfgang Puck (sp?). The food was again, yummy. And then we spent the rest of the night at DisneyQuest! That is an awesome place! I loved the real-life pinball game. I got third place on that! hahaha

Day 4: On 8/4, we first went to Animal Kingdom. First, we got FP's for Kali River Rapids. (The stand-by line was only about 40 minutes, but the queue line doens't have air conditioning, so we decided to get FP's anyways. Then we went over to Primevial (sp?) Whirl and rode it twice in a row! (First time, the wait was 10 minutes. Second time, the wait was 20 minutes.) Then we headed over to Dinosaur. That is a great ride! The line was about 35-45 minutes long. Not too bad.. Then it was time for us to go to Kali River Rapids and get soaked! That ride was good, but i think Grizzly River Run at California Adventure is maybe a little better, because there are more and bigger drops in Grizzly, which means more chances of getting wet.
After we rode Kali River Rapids, we went to MGM-Studios. We walked over to Rock N' Roller Coaster and checked the time. The stand-by wait was 60 minutes. Just as we got there though, they had to close the Fast Pass machines because i guess everybody's already got it and it was full for the day... This was my first time trying a loop coaster and i wanted to ride Rock N' Roller Coaster. The line was horrible. I think it was a little over an hour. When we got inside though, i was starting to think of not going on the ride, because it looked so scary! I mean, like the first thing you see is like the limo just like ZOOMING really fast!!! I got really scared, because this was my first loop coaster, and the speed looked so fast and high!!! I was about to quit and leave the place, but then again i reminded myself that i waited over 60 minutes for this ride, and i can't just let it slip. So yea, i went on the coaster, and REALLY LOVED IT!!! Hahahaha! After we went on RnRC, we headed over to "Who Want to Be A Millionaire!" the show game. We were about 10 minutes late, but they didn't let us in, because we had to be there 15 minutes prior to the show time. So we gave up on the Millionarie, and went over to The Studio Backlot Tour. That was intersting...I was very tired though. After that we left MGM-Studios and headed to Magic Kingdom, again. I'm just like in love with that park!! Anyways, it was our last day here so we really wanted to make it our best. The first thing we did when we got to MK was to watch Cinderellabration. (neat show!) Then, we headed over to Space Mountain and got FP's again, like the other days. And then we went to eat at some restaurant. (Counter service) and then there was a horrible lightning storm. So they had to close both Splash and Thunder. We had nothing to do, so i made a reservation for those portraits.. you know? It was really intersting. It was hard to not move at all though. It was windy, so my hair got in my face and it was itching me!! So ya, that took about 35 minutes, and we went on Space, and saw Wishes! (again, but it's such a good show!) They canceled the SpectroMagic electric parade because of the lightning. After going on Space and seeing Wishes, we tried to check Splash because the lightning wasn't as bad, but it was till closed. and so was Thunder. Then we just left the park.
And that was my last day at the parks.

Day 5: On 8/5, we headed to Downtown Disney and did some fun shopping! We left the Disney resort at around 3:30pm to drive to Fort Lauderdale, this place near Miami.

We spent 4 days at Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas.

Hope that was a good update! Thank you for reading this really long thing.. lol
