Update on SWSA closing?

Perhaps Disney is still trying to work this closure around the current Dumbo, Riverboat and BTMRR rehabs? If they want this space done by the end of summer they would have to close it soon. Unless they've changed their minds on something else and want to keep it open until Mermaid and/or the coaster is.

I'd imagine this wont close until Mermaid and Beast open. There doesn't seem to be much reason too since you already have the princesses at the front of the park for now with little wait. I'd be curious if they were even thinking about canceling the Princess Fairytale Hall all together after seeing how small the lines are at the Town Square Theater. Why take up a prime piece of real estate in Fantasyland just to have it contain a small wait for princesses? I remember the waits in Toontown for the princesses being much longer, so whatever they did over at TST is working. I can understand they wont keep Snow White open since the coaster is opening up across the way, but they could always make it into another dark ride of some sort. Pinocchio? :)

I think the reason why the lines aren't big at Town Square Theare is because maybe alot of people just dont know that the princesses are there....

I think I agree, but I don't really understand... it's not like it made any more sense to have the princesses in an area themed to a county fair. Maybe it has to do with the location being way at the front of the park? I don't think there's any more capacity at TST than there was at TTF.

Actually, the waits have been consistently 45 minutes or longer. Trust me, I see them every day. They were really short in the beginning but word has gotten out that their new location is Town Square Theater so they have been reaching Toontown-length waits more recently.
