Update from DCA&DL

[DCA Fan]

Went to both parks this week, a few minor things I noticed....

DCA:
1) Playhouse Disney is very popular (or is it low capacity?), anyway, every show was packed (as far as I could see).
2) Hyperion Theater REALLY needs covers for its queue.

DL:
1) Golden Horseshoe being repainted
2) More work on Tom Sawyer's island still to be done
3) Fantasmic fountains were being tested
4) Splash Mtn's plaster rocks are losing plaster
5) Space Mtn. needs a repaint
6) Innoventions had relatively "high" traffic (who would have thought of that?)

Although it was raining when I went to DCA, so that kinda put a damper on things, but hey, still fun. Have you ever ridden Screamin' in the rain? You get soaked!

The first time I rode Screamin' back in March, I rode it in the rain (you know, the big rain storm on the 15th...the day I arrived...which cancelled Believe and ed me off so that I could not see it on my trip...but regardless). I, of course, had my hands in the air the whole time, and definitely got drenched! It's a whole different experience, cuz you can't really keep your eyes open. Lotta fun, except I got that damn yellow train the first time I rode--with no music...and I was going to get it five out of the 7 times I rode, but two of those I refused to get on the stupid train. They seriously need to take the yellow train off the tracks, since I know they have four trains that have working music (both greens, a purple, a blue, and I think a red one, too). I hate the yellow train and it really tried to get me to ride several times...this ride is just so much better w/ the music...anyway...cheers!

Nope I have never ridden it in the rain.. But On preview days I rode it at night It was very cool
WEll the ride was .. Not the weather lol

Screamin' at night is amazing! Rode it 3 times!!! :sohappy:
