Seems they're having some issues with the holiday season attendance. Looked like DCA today at Universal while Epcot had a pretty decent crowd... The only thing that had a substantial wait was BTTF and due to it's reduced capacity.

So who do we see about being a balloon handler?

There's usually people in bright jumpsuits with clipboards in front of Twister's Giftshop by "Balloonopolis"... If not, walk down towards the soundstages and there'll be a table sitting there with somebody taking info... Usually doesn't start till 2pm or so...

BTW, I'm the "Egg Farmer" wearing overalls and a flannel shirt driving the classic truck during the parade...

we tried the early entry on the 19th and were told at the gate that they knew nothing of this even though there were many pap's there for the early opening. i was really disappointed by that incident but fortunately the parks were deader than dirt. we had the mummy all to ourself and when i say that we were the only two in the queue and at the load platform i am serious, kinda creepy. balloonpolis was kinda blah. the parks were nicely decorated for the holidays and i enjoyed the christmas music. i do think that they were only running two deloreans at BTTF, at least i saw no others and they were only using the bottom loading station. i guess it really is on its last leg.
