Unwatch a thread

How do I unwatch a thread that I've been "following"?

There's an "unwatch" button in the upper right corner, right above the OP.

You can also go to http://forums.wdwmagic.com/watched/threads/all

Then put a check in the box by the desired thread, and then go to the bottom of the list and choose an action

Typically, the threads on this site get burned into my cranium and I know of no way to unwatch what I have seen. I have tried a spectrum of things from therapy to brain washing, but things stay with me no matter what I do.
