They are also used to Disney's pace to clone attractions and building. A good amount of the major attractions for Epic Universe have had versions elsewhere and so much is created and housed as other things, such as infrastructure are getting ready.

Not really. I have high hopes for this project. I like to look back when you realize EPCOT only took three years to get up and running.
If Epic Universe is operating by any time in 2025 it is all good. Need to mention, poor form trying to compare time frames because the
latest two Disney attractions have taken as long as they have. Bourne was put into an existing theater and building and do you remember how long that took. Keep focused on this project getting done.

Bourne was put into an existing theater
Not much of the Bourne's Theater is left over from Terminator's main theater. That entire thing was essentially gutted, even the walls were removed so the building could be expanded. The seating and auditorium area are not the same at all. I was there. Much of its live action rehearsal and entertainment implementation as well as operational training had to come from the middle of the Pandemic's peak concern, which also gave it setbacks for a type of stunt show that has never been done in a theme park in that way before. While not their fastest build, not terrible and was ready pre shut down.

But it seems like we are stating the same thing. Modern Disney takes far too long and stretches out projects. My earlier posts pointed out how fast EPCOT and MK came together after the boring infrastructure was done. IOA is another example of a fairly fast built and even that included a lot of Lockheed Martin clean up.

Universal is on the industry standard.

No, it's "What time is the 3 o'clock Parade?" Or at least it used to be. Now it's more likely "Where is the 3 o'clock parade?".
Always the more valid question anyway.

When The timing of the parade itself always depends on where you are. When it did run, the step off location is the only place it is going to hit at its hour.

I am hoping with you for quick completion of Epic Universe. What has Universal done to qualify as "the industry standard"?
Just a note, Bourne opened in May of 2020. None of its live action rehearsal and entertainment implementation or operational
training were done in the middle of the pandemic. Please check your facts.

The opening would have been ready if they could have kept the cast going according to plan pre shut down. Shut down had third party and Universal Actor A entertainment wondering what changes if any were going to be made to the show. The show was worked again to fine tune after three months of being shut down. Not during. The during was wondering what was going to happen when reopening hence, the implementation. That is what I mean by the middle of the pandemic. I don't have to fact check, I was there.

Universal constantly producing new attractions(some are not all winners, but that is not the sole factor) The improvements and additions have mostly been wins, and getting some fire lit under Disney, who to even be closely compared with, makes it an Industry Standard. You don't even have to compare it to another park though. They are their own.

Tron and other projects, are not matching up to Disney's previous own standards. One can look at timelines and scale and see that is objective.

An existing building that now has a basement.

Maybe they should have leveled the building then. It would have taken them less time. I don't care if it also has an
additional sub-basement and two extra floors. It took a longer time to redo the theater for the new show than anyone
thought it would.

Terminator 3D closed in October of 2017. Bourne Stuntacular opened in May of 2020.
Three years for one building. I honestly don't think it will take that long for Epic Universe
to be up and running and it is working from the ground up.
