Does not seem to be the case from the people I asked directly about this. The change from both parks to only IOA on the 18th has been on the schedule for some time.

Ill check with someone else tomorrow, but that's what I heard today. We'll see... Because it does seem very quick to pull that away. Doesn't seem right.
