Universal's 6th hotel, Adventura?

Looks like Universal filed a permit for another hotel behind Sapphire Falls. A 600 room tower potentially called 'Adventura Hotel'.

I thought the area marked in the second article was going to be parking for Volcano Bay.

I believe that it will be a small 5 Star Boutique resort.

Maybe some of this is elevated above the tram turn/dropoff and the retention pond?

I don't know if the ponds were required only during the construction or for the hotel parking?

Either way I am sure the operator is pleased with this.

Well, they are building a brand new water park across the street from this hotel.

they're bringing too many people in!!!!! I really hope UOR doesn't turn into what WDW is.

I wonder why they are cramming so much into such a small area over there??? It's so close to I-4 too, I hope they have a highly landscaped berm or some sort of wall in the plans.
