I think there is definitely a market for a world class park which is an easy day trip from London. Other than maybe legoland I don’t think any parks in the UK would really be a large draw for anyone outside the local area. The site Uni have makes a lot of sense, close enough to London but also other key areas like the Birmingham and the midlands, Milton Keynes and Cambridge- it’s probably the most ideal location for population and affluence.
Universal in London with Disney in Paris could be similar to Beijing/Shanghai or Osaka/Tokyo. My main concerns would be will they get the planning approvals and is the return from a London park worth the investment compared to building in a country with cheaper land and construction costs?
Spain could use a major themed destination too, though they, like Brazil, need to politically get their house in order. I think the UAE/Saudi/UK picks are logical given the country environments they are in. Is imagine India isn’t too far off either, I mean Shanghai is the logical choice for the next big park (I guess EPCOT 2.0 with Disney), but they can add to their existing resorts too once the parks are built up and also expand through Miral-like partnerships or at least joint ventures (likely what would happen in India).
I feel like London gives Northeast US vibes in terms of trying to take advantage of a large, Disney-loving local population, that has good rail connection too.
There should totally be a Europa Park style resort or a Disney/Universal 2-park complex either through reclaimed land off the ocean or somewhere in Bew Jersey.
NYC/Philly metros and easy train rides to DC, Baltimore, Boston, and Upstate New York.
Zero reason why there isn’t one.
There needs to be something major in Rio/Sao Paulo Brazil, India, Buenos Aires, Texas (between the triangle of Austin/Houston/Dallas) as well.
At the minimum Dollywood level parks, or more logically a Europa Park or even Phantasialand type of places.
I hope SeaWorld and Six Flags get bought by some lunatic that cares

and for there to be a new company or Disney/Universal doing these.
Glad to see UAE/Saudis getting love, but it’s time for these places too.
Disneyland California and even WDW will likely get new parks by 2040 I’d imagine, so, we’ll see.
Lots to be excited about in an abundant future.
